Rev. Joyce Rosalind Aryee is a distinguished Ghanaian business leader, public servant, communications strategist, and advocate for leadership development, with over four decades of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
She served as CEO of the Ghana Chamber of Mines from 2001 to 2011, becoming the first woman in Africa to hold the position. Earlier in her career, she held several senior government positions, including Secretary for Information, Education, and Local Government under the PNDC government.
Rev. Aryee currently provides leadership and strategic guidance through her work with Salt & Light Ministries and serves on the boards of several organisations. She brings extensive expertise in corporate leadership, governance, communications, stakeholder engagement, mining, and institutional development.
A recipient of Ghana's Companion of the Order of the Volta, she has received numerous national and international honours for her contributions to public service, business, mining, women's leadership, and national development. Her breadth of experience and commitment to ethical leadership make her a valuable contributor at board level.
